After you have sent out an email campaign, the useful data that accumulates from it will be found on the Response tab in your Emma account. You can also choose to export the response data from any of your sent campaigns into a zipped CSV file or save a copy of it in a PDF. This is handy for creating reports, identifying bounces, maintaining the health of your audience list, as well as working with your response numbers offline.
How to export the response data of a sent campaign
1. Log into your account and go to the Response tab, then locate the campaign you want and click on it to open.
2. Toward the top-right of the page, click on the Export responses button
Additionally, if you just want to save the look of the Response page as you see it, you can also select the Save as PDF option and then select Save response as PDF.
3. A popup will appear with your export options. You can choose to export an overview of the mailing, all response details, or select which stats are important to you. The options are: opens, clicks, shares, new signups, opt-outs, received, sent to, bounced, and in progress mailings.
4. Once you make your selection(s), you’ll be given a link to your Exports page, where you can download the file.
5. Once the report is ready, it will appear on your Exports page under the Mailing response tab. To access this page, click on your name at the top-right of your account and then select Exports.
To get the export, just click the down arrow to the right of it and choose Download this export. It will be a .zip file containing individual CSV files for each stat you requested, so be sure to save it.
