Want to see if a particular person in your audience has been interacting with your emails? That’s easy to do by checking their individual response history. Here’s how to find it:
How to view a contact’s individual response history
1. Log into your account and go to the Audience tab, which opens on Contacts.
2. Select the arrow to the right of the desired contact and click on View contact record.
3. Click on the Emails tab to the right of the Contact Details tab.
4. In the Emails tab, you’ll see all of the mailings that have been sent to that person, along with a record of his or her opens, clicks, bounces, and forwards for each mailing.
Additionally, you can jump to that mailing’s full response page by clicking on the desired mailing’s name.
