The image library is where you store and access images and documents for your email campaigns when using the drag and drop editor.
Once accessed, here’s what you can do in the image library.
- Browse, search, and sort existing files
- Import new files, either by upload or dragging them in
- Create folders of images and documents
- Preview and insert images and documents into your campaigns
You can select a list view or a grid view
Anytime you are in an open drag and drop campaign and select to use an image or a document, the image library will appear over the editor, covering the entire working area. This allows you to browse your files without worrying about your screen size or resolution. Once open, you can select to see your library in a list view or a grid view that showcases a thumbnail of each of your files.
Grid view
List view
Regardless of the view you choose, each file in the library will come with the option to preview, insert, and delete it.
How to browse, search, delete, or upload files
Browse
To locate a desired image or document in your library, you can browse through your files and choose to order their content by name, date, size, or type by clicking on the sort labels at the top of the list. An arrow icon next to these labels means that this is the current filter, and its orientation will tell you the order, ascending or descending.
Search
You can use the search function found in the upper right to type in what you are looking for and those options will appear below. If at any time you want to abandon your search or browse results, click on the home icon found at the top left corner to be brought back to your root folder where you can see a complete overview of your files.
Delete
Should you want to delete several files or folders, use the checkboxes to select them, and a Delete all button will appear at the top on the right side. Only elements that can be deleted will have a selectable check box.
Upload
You can easily upload new files in a snap using the Upload button or by simply dragging them from your device and dropping them into your library. You can also drag in multiple files as long as they are all highlighted together.
The maximum allowed file size you can upload for an image is 25MB, and 50MB for other file types. However, we suggest keeping each image to 1MB or less for best practices. The library accepts images and documents in the following formats.
Image library accepted file formats
.bmp | .gif | .jpeg |
.tiff | .png | .jpg |
