What is the response summary email?
When the response summary email is enabled, our system will automatically email you a summary of your campaign’s response data 24 hours after the campaign was sent. The response summary email is sent to the email listed in your account and includes your mailing score, delivery percentage, open percentage, and click percentage. You’ll also see how many emails were received, how many bounced, and the percentage of emails opened on desktop vs. mobile for the past 24 hours since you sent your mailing.
The click map that you’re familiar with in your mailing’s Response page is also included in this email. Simply log in to your account to interact with the click map.
How to turn off the response summary email
- Navigate to your Account settings.
- Tiered accounts: Navigate to the appropriate subaccount.
- If you are a Manager or Parent user, click on Subaccount settings and choose Account from the dropdown menu.
- If you are an Administrator user, click on the name in the upper right corner of your screen and choose Account from the dropdown menu.
- Standalone accounts: Click on the name in the upper right corner of your screen and choose Account from the dropdown menu.
- Tiered accounts: Navigate to the appropriate subaccount.
- Click on the Notifications tab.
- Click on the 24-hour email toggle to turn off the response summary emails.
- Scroll down and click on the Save button.
