Ⓘ Available to HQ, Teams, and Corporate accounts
To empower their teams, the account Parent and specific Managers have the ability to share assets from the parent account down to their subaccounts. Additionally, campaigns created at the subaccount level can now be shared from one subaccount to another.
How to assign the campaign sharing permission
Users can only share campaigns to subaccounts that they have access to. If you want a user to be able to share campaigns from Subaccount A to Subaccount B, you must first give that user access to both Subaccount A and Subaccount B.
All Managers, Administrators, and Full users have optional campaign sharing permissions. The account Parent will need to assign this permission to their chosen Managers and then Managers can assign the permission to chosen Administrators and Full users. This permission can also be assigned when adding a new user.
- If you are in the parent account, click on the Users tab in the top navigation menu. If you are currently in a subaccount, click on the house icon in the upper right corner of your screen and select Users from the dropdown menu.
- Use the search bar to locate the user who you’d like to edit and click on their username to open their profile.
- Click on the Role tab.
- Check the Can share campaigns between subaccounts box.
- Click on the Save button.

Where to find shared campaigns
Once a campaign has been shared, the destination subaccount can find it in the Shared tab under Campaigns. Campaigns shared from one subaccount to another will have a pill icon next to their name that lists which subaccount they were shared from. Click on a shared campaign to open the editor, make changes, and schedule or send as needed. Any drafts created from a shared campaign will include a pill icon to show that the draft was copied from the sharing subaccount.
Frequently asked questions about subaccount-to-subaccount campaign sharing
Will campaigns shared between subaccounts appear in the Brand Manager?
No, they will not. This functionality ensures that campaigns are shared across subaccounts, not up to the parent account. If the account Parent or a Manager want to see what has been shared, they can check the Shared tab under Campaigns in a specific subaccount.
If I make a change to a shared campaign in the originating subaccount, will that change also be made to the campaign in the destination subaccounts?
No, it will not. The shared campaign will appear in the destination subaccounts exactly as the campaign appeared when it was shared. Any further updates will not be translated; the updated campaign would need to be shared again to any relevant subaccounts.
Will images in a shared campaign be included in the destination subaccount’s image library?
Yes, if the image was edited. When opening a shared campaign in the editor, an image included in that campaign will be added to the subaccount’s image library if the image is edited in some way.
Can a user share a campaign to a subaccount that they do not have permission to access?
No, users must have access to a subaccount in order to share campaigns to that subaccount. If they do not have access to that subaccount, they simply will not see that it exists and won’t have the option to share to it.
