Creating a saved row
- In the parent account, click on the Brand Manager tab. If you are working in a subaccount, click on the house icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Brand Manager from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Templates section or the Campaigns section.
- Create a new template / campaign or click on the name of an existing draft to edit it.
- Use the editor to design the row you want to save.
- Hover your cursor over the row and click on the Save icon that appears.
- In the pop-up window that appears, enter a name for your row and choose a category to save it to. See below for instructions on making custom categories.
- Click on the Save button.
Using a saved row

- Create a new template / campaign or click on the name of an existing draft to edit it.
- In the right panel, click on the Rows tab.
- Click on the category where the row is saved.
- Locate the desired row, click on it, and drag it into your draft.
Editing a saved row
- In the parent account, click on the Brand Manager tab. If you are working in a subaccount, click on the house icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Brand Manager from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Templates section or the Campaigns section.
- Create a new template / campaign or click on the name of an existing draft to edit it.
- In the right panel, click on the Rows tab.
- Click on the category where the row is saved.
- Locate the desired row, click on it, and drag it into your draft.
- Make any desired changes to the row.
- Hover your cursor over the row and click on the Save icon that appears.
- In the pop-up window that appears, select one of the two options:
- Save as new creates a new copy of the saved row.
- Update applies the changes that you just made to the existing row.
Updating a row does not apply those changes to existing drafts.
Creating a category
- In the parent account, click on the Brand Manager tab. If you are working in a subaccount, click on the house icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Brand Manager from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Templates section or the Campaigns section.
- Create a new template / campaign or click on the name of an existing draft to edit it.
- In the right panel, click on the Rows tab.
- Click on the ellipsis menu and select Add new category from the dropdown.
- In the pop-up window that appears, type in a name for the new category.
- Click on the Save button.
Editing a category
- In the parent account, click on the Brand Manager tab. If you are working in a subaccount, click on the house icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Brand Manager from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Templates section or the Campaigns section.
- Create a new template / campaign or click on the name of an existing draft to edit it.
- In the right panel, click on the Rows tab.
- Click on the ellipsis menu and select Manage category from the dropdown.
- Click on the ellipsis menu next to each category to delete or rename that category.
Frequently asked questions about saved rows
Can subaccounts create and use saved rows?
Currently, no. Saved rows may become available to subaccounts in the future.
Can saved rows be shared to subaccounts?
No, saved rows are stored in the parent account and cannot be shared down to subaccounts. Templates and campaigns that contain saved rows can be shared down to subaccounts, however.
Which users can see and use saved rows?
The account Parent can see and use saved rows, as well as any Manager with access to the Brand Manager. Any user with permission to create templates / campaigns at the parent level can see all saved rows.
When a saved row is edited, will the changes be applied to all existing drafts that contain that row?
No, when a saved row is edited, those changes will only apply to templates / campaigns created after. If desired, you can edit an existing template or campaign draft, delete the old version of the row, and drag in the updated version of the row.
