How to update your username, password, and time zone

  2. In the Email field, enter a new email address. Your username must be an email address.
  3. Click on the Save button.

How to update your password

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your screen and select Profile from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click on the Password tab.
  3. Enter your current password in the first field, then enter your new password in the second and third fields.
  4. Click on the Save button.

Password requirements

  • Cannot match the username
  • 8 characters minimum
  • At least one number

  • At least one lowercase letter
  • Exclude invalid characters: ‘ ” / \

Additional security settings

By default, you will be required to enter a one-time verification code when your location, device, or IP address change. This cannot be turned off. However, if you enable two-factor authentication, it will prevent the need for the OTV codes and make your account more secure.
