Marketing Calendar Overview
Located in the Home tab, the marketing calendar allows you to:
- View sent and scheduled mailings by date
- Quickly access response results for recently sent mailings
- Reschedule or cancel scheduled mailings
Viewing Sent Mailings
To view sent or scheduled mailings, simply hover over that date on the calendar. Days when a mailing was sent or scheduled are marked with a blue dot. Use the right and left arrows at the top of the calendar to switch between months. To return to the current month, click on Today.
Note: The marketing calendar will not show any mailing sent to a single contact when Send now is used. The calendar will display mailings sent to one contact if the mailing was scheduled.
Viewing Response Data
- Click on a date with a sent mailing.
- Click on View response next to the mailing’s name.
- It will redirect you to the mailing’s response data. For more information about response data, refer to these articles:
Editing a Scheduled Mailing
Warning: Changes made to a scheduled mailing within 30 minutes of the send time may not take effect, due to the way mail is queued.
- Click on a date with a scheduled mailing.
- Click on Edit next to the mailing’s name.
- Make the desired changes to the mailing’s sender name, sender email, subject line, or send date and time.
- Click on the Save button.
If you want to make changes to the mailing’s content or anything besides the sender name, sender email, subject line, or send date and time, then you’ll need to cancel the mailing, make your changes, and reschedule it.
Canceling a Scheduled Mailing
- Click on a date with a scheduled mailing.
- Click on Cancel next to the mailing’s name.
- Click on the Yes, cancel button.
