Notifications for your signup forms

When you create a signup form, you have the opportunity to choose the notification settings for that form. You can also update the notification settings for an existing form.

It is not possible to set up notifications for lightbox forms due to the nature of their design.

How to set up signup form notifications

  1. Navigate to your Audience tab.
  2. Click on the Forms section in the panel on the left.
  3. Click on the name of a form to open it.
  4. Notification settings:
    1. Current forms: For forms created in the current form builder, follow these steps:
      1. In the Settings tab, check the Receive sign-up notifications box.
      2. Use the dropdown menu to choose a notification frequency.
      3. In the Send my notifications to field, enter up to three email addresses separated by commas.
      4. Click on the Save and review button.
      5. Click on the Publish button.
    2. Legacy forms: For forms created in the legacy form builder, follow these steps:
      1. Use the Notification settings dropdown menu to choose a notification frequency.
      2. In the Send my notifications to field, enter up to three email addresses separated by commas.
      3. Click on the Save button.
  5. Repeat for all desired forms.
