Viewing a Contact’s Response History

This article explains how to view a specific contact’s delivery, open, and click history.

If you want to see if a particular contact has been interacting with your emails, you can easily do so by checking their individual response history.

  1. Navigate to your Audience tab.
  2. Use the search bar or scroll to locate the desired contact.
  3. Click on the contact’s email address to open their contact record.
  4. Click on the Emails tab.

Here, you’ll see a list of all mailings sent to this contact in the past 18 months, as well as a record of their opens, clicks, and bounces. If desired, you can jump to a mailing’s full response page by simply clicking on that mailing’s name.
