A web browser is essentially a portal used to access the internet and there are a number of options for consumers to choose from. When creating our email marketing application, we designed it to work with the most commonly used web browsers and we consistently test the application in those browsers as well. Although the app may work fine in other web browsers, we are not able to provide support for troubleshooting issues with them, so be sure that you are using the latest version of one of the supported web browsers below when you are accessing your account.

Our email marketing application is not designed to work with the following browsers, regardless of version.

What about mobile?
At this time, our email marketing application is not supported on mobile devices. While some users may be able to go directly to the app site and enter their credentials without issue on their mobile device, others may be unable to do so. Additionally, we are constantly updating the application, so someone who may be able to log in on mobile today, may not be able to do so tomorrow. We recommend accessing the application from a desktop or laptop computer using a supported web browser with the latest browser version and operating system for the best experience.
