This article explains the roles and access that can be assigned to users of Teams accounts.
Teams Account Overview
Role and Permission Details
Certain roles have optional permissions that can be toggled on or off. When managing users, a user cannot grant permissions that they do not have. For example, a Manager who does not have permission to share campaigns between subaccounts cannot grant an Administrator permission to share campaigns between subaccounts.
Note: There can only be one Parent user per account.
