In the drag and drop editor, there are two types of spacing blocks: Divider and Spacer. These two blocks function similarly, but allow you to easily create customizable space between elements in your email design. This helps in creating clear visual separation, improving readability, and enhancing the overall layout without the need for complex coding.
This article is specifically about content blocks in the drag and drop editor. For more information about content blocks in the legacy* editor, please refer to this article.
How to use the spacing blocks
- Navigate to your Campaigns tab.
- Open a saved drag and drop draft or click on the Create new campaign button to create a new campaign from scratch.
- Click on the Divider or Spacer block in the right panel and drag it to the desired location in your mailing.
- Click on the block to open the Content properties panel.
If you are working in a Divider block, the Content properties panel will show Divider properties at the top. Likewise, when you are working in a Spacer block, it will show Spacer properties.
