Whether you’re a marketing team of one or many, chances are you probably depend on a calendar. That’s why we’ve added a marketing calendar to the Home tab, giving you increased visibility into your email schedule, making it easier for your team to work together, and helping you adjust your marketing strategy on the fly.

Marketing calendar overview
Located in the Home tab, the marketing calendar allows you to:
- View the mailings that you’ve sent or scheduled by date
- Quickly access the response results for recently sent mailings
- Reschedule or cancel scheduled mailings
How to view sent mailings
To view the mailings that you’ve sent or scheduled, simply hover over that date on the calendar. Days when a mailing was sent of scheduled are marked with a blue dot. Use the right and left arrows at the top of the calendar to switch between months. To return to the current month, click on Today.
The marketing calendar will not show any mailing sent to a single contact when Send now is used. The calendar will display mailings sent to one contact if the mailing was scheduled.
How to view your response data
When you click on a date when a mailing was sent, you can view the response results for the previously sent mailings by clicking on View response next to the mailing’s name.
How to edit a scheduled a mailing
On dates when a mailing is scheduled, you can edit your subject line, from name and address, or reschedule the mailing by selecting Edit next to the mailing’s name.
How to cancel a scheduled mailing
You can also cancel a scheduled mailing by selecting the Cancel option. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation in a pop-up window.
