In our application, the Response tab is organized into two sections, which you can navigate using the panel on the left. When you click on the Response tab, it will automatically open to the Mailings section, where you will see a list of the mailings that you’ve sent. The other section is the Compare mailings section.
Mailings section
The Mailings section is where you can view the response data for your sent mailings, test mailings, and automated mailings. This section is divided into categories based on mailing type: Sent, Test, and Automated. By default the Mailings section opens to the Sent category.

How to view or archive response data
To view the response data for a specific campaign, simply click on the name. To archive response data, simply check the box or boxes that correspond to the desired mailing(s) and click on the Archive button. If you change your mind and want to restore the response data, please refer to this article.
Compare mailings section
The Compare mailings section is where you can select the multiple mailings and export three different types of comparison reports. This allows you to compare the response data from multiple mailings in one spreadsheet. For more information about how to compare mailings, please refer to this article.
