What is the Brand Manager?
The Brand Manager, previously called Assets, is the central location for tiered accounts to create, organize, and share content with their subaccounts. Upon logging in, the account Parent, or a Manager with permission to edit assets, will see several tabs at the top of their screen that correspond to different parent account tools and settings; the second tab from the right is the Brand Manager tab.
When you navigate to a subaccount, the top navigation menu will change so that the parent tools, including the Brand Manager, are no longer visible. When in a subaccount, you can access the parent account tools by clicking on the house icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
The Manager role is only available to HQ, Teams, and Corporate accounts. In Essentials accounts, only the account Parent will be able to see these tabs.
Who can access the Brand Manager?
In HQ, Teams, and Corporate accounts, the account Parent and any Managers with permission to edit assets can access the Brand Manager. In Essentials accounts, only the account Parent can access the Brand Manager.
The Brand Manager contains several tools, some of which are only available to certain account types. Please refer to the table below for more information.
