This article provides information about the Home tab specifically for standalone accounts (Plus and Lite) and subaccounts. For more information about the tiered account dashboard, please refer to this article.
Home tab data
Upon logging into a subaccount, a Plus account, or a Lite account, the Home tab gives you a quick look at how your account has performed over the last 30 days. From left to right, here’s what all of the data in your dashboard means:
Statistic | Meaning |
Average open rate | Includes all mailings sent in the last 30 days (does not include test mailings). This stat is populated from your Insights, where you can dive in deeper on performance. |
Average click-to-open rate | Includes all mailings sent in the last 30 days (does not include test mailings). This stat is also populated from your Insights, where you can dive in deeper on performance. |
Mailings sent | This number depends on your billing frequency. Accounts that are billed monthly will see the number of mailings sent from the beginning of the calendar month. Accounts that are billed on a different billing frequency will see the number of mailings sent from the start of their contract year. |
Active contacts | The total number of contacts who are currently in the Active status. |
Active workflows | The number of active automation workflows. |
Recent mailings
Below the statistics described above are your Recent mailings which show a tile for each of the mailings sent in the past 45 days of completed mailings (not including test mailings). The tiles include the campaigns’ thumbnails, when they were sent, mailing scores, open rates, click rates, and the size of the audience to which they were sent. Split test mailings will appear in this list as well, but only after a winning campaign has been chosen and sent.

Account warnings
Some accounts may see warning icons below their Mailings sent or Active contacts statistics. These warnings are meant to alert accounts if they’re nearing their contracted limit.
- Yellow alert: This alert means that the account is nearing its limit for either Mailings sent or Active contacts.
- Red alert: This alert means that the account has reached its limit for either Mailings sent or Active contacts.
These warnings will be displayed for users that can access the account’s Billing tab. Clicking Learn more will direct the user to the Billing tab.
