Home Tab: Overview

This article provides an overview of the Home tab for standalone accounts and subaccounts.

This article provides information about the Home tab specifically for standalone accounts (Plus and Lite) and subaccounts. For more information about the tiered account dashboard, please refer to our Tiered Accounts: Dashboard Overview article.

Home Tab Data

Upon logging into a subaccount, a Plus account, or a Lite account, the Home tab gives you a quick look at how your account has performed over the last 30 days. From left to right, here’s what all of the data in your dashboard means:

Statistic Meaning
Average Mailing Score An overall score that factors in opens, clicks, opt-outs, and signups, along with the use of subject line split testing to give you a score on a 10-point scale.
Average Open Rate Includes all mailings sent in the last 30 days (does not include test mailings). This stat is populated from your Insights, where you can dive in deeper on performance.
Average Click-To-Open Rate Includes all mailings sent in the last 30 days (does not include test mailings). This stat is also populated from your Insights, where you can dive in deeper on performance.
Mailings Sent This number depends on your billing frequency. Accounts that are billed monthly will see the number of mailings sent from the beginning of the calendar month. Accounts that are billed on a different billing frequency will see the number of mailings sent from the start of their contract year.
Active Contacts The total number of contacts who are currently in the Active status.
Active Workflows The number of active automation workflows.

Recent Mailings

Under the statistics described above are your Recent Mailings. This section shows a tile for each completed mailing sent in the past 45 days, not including test mailings. Each tile includes the campaign’s thumbnail, send date / time, mailing score, open rate, click rate, and the audience size. Split test mailings also appear in this list, but only after a winning campaign has been chosen and sent.

Marketing Calendar

Located in the left panel, the marketing calendar gives a birdseye view of your sent and scheduled mailings over the month. For more information, please refer to our Home Tab: Marketing Calendar article.

Account Warnings

Some accounts may see warning icons below their Mailings Sent or Active Contacts statistics. These warnings are meant to alert accounts if they’re nearing their contracted limit.

  • Yellow alert: This alert means that the account is nearing its limit for either sent mailings or active contacts.
  • Red alert: This alert means that the account has reached its limit for either sent mailings or active contacts.

These warnings will be displayed for users that can access the account’s Billing tab. Clicking Learn more will direct the user to the Billing tab.
