In our application, the Campaigns tab is organized into several sections, which you can navigate using the panel on the left. When you click on the Campaigns tab, it will automatically open the Emails section, but there are also sections for SMS, Landing pages, Images, and Documents.
Depending on your account type, you may not see all of the listed sections.
Emails section
The Emails section is where you can create a new campaign, edit an existing draft, view scheduled or automated campaigns, and archive campaigns. This section is divided into categories based on campaign status: Drafts, Scheduled, Sent, Automated, or Shared. By default, the Emails section opens to the Drafts category.
Depending on your account type, you may not see all of the listed categories.
Campaign statuses
Drafts
When a campaign is in the Drafts tab, it is not currently scheduled to be sent or associated with any automated workflows. You can edit and send these campaigns whenever you like, simply click on the name of a campaign to open it in the editor.
Scheduled
Campaigns that are currently scheduled to be sent will appear in the Scheduled tab. However, this tab will only be visible if one or more mailings have been scheduled but not yet sent. Any campaigns that are currently scheduled to send later cannot be edited. If you want to make an edit to a scheduled mailing, you’ll need to cancel the scheduled mailing to return it to the Drafts tab, make your edits, and then reschedule it.
Sent
Once a campaign has been sent out, it will be moved to the Sent tab. If you’d like to make a copy of a previously sent mailing, simply click on the corresponding dropdown arrow and select Duplicate from the list. This will create a copy of the sent mailings and automatically open it in the editor.
Automated
Automated emails are currently associated with an automated workflow. You can edit emails that are active in automated workflows, but you must click Publish in the campaign editor to apply your changes wherever this email is in use.
Shared
Shared emails are available when a parent account shares a campaign that was created in the Brand Manager to a subaccount, or when one subaccount shares a campaign to another subaccount, so this option is only visible to tiered accounts.
